    Diners can treat their Valentine to Adana’s decadent seven-course menu, available only on Friday, February 14! Chef Shota Nakajima has created an incredible menu that will delight the senses with ingredients selected just for that evening including Local Oysters, Dungeness Crab, Spot Prawns, Uni, Duck, Truffles and of course chocolate. The option to add Foie Gras and Caviar will make the evening even more memorable…and beverage pairings will complement the courses perfectly.

    Ray’s Boathouse

    Shilshole Bay and the Olympic Mountains make the perfect backdrop for a romantic night out. This Valentine’s weekend Ray’s Boathouse invites couples to take in the spectacular views as they indulge in a delicious three-course menu with choice of appetizer, entrée and dessert.


    Diners will choose from dishes such as Duck Liver Pate, Applewood Grilled Filet of Beef with Porcini Dusted Scallops, Cioppino with Gnocchi, Red Wine Velvet Cake and more! Ray’s expert sommeliers will help guests select the perfect bottle of wine or champagne to accompany dinner and make it a night to remember.


    The three-course menu is $65 per person excluding tax and gratuity and is available Thursday, February 13 to Sunday, February 16, alongside their regular Boathouse menu. Reservations are strongly encouraged for the Boathouse and are available from 5-9 p.m. The bar will also be serving the three-course menu on a first come basis.     Ray’s Cafe

    Located upstairs from Ray’s Boathouse, the casual waterfront restaurant and bar, Ray’s Café, will offer special la carte menu items throughout the Valentine’s weekend alongside its regular menu of local seafood. Guests can begin their evening with Pan Fried Pacific Oysters and then choose from entrees like RR Filet Mignon and Half Dungeness Crab, Northwest Cioppino, and Blackened Mahi.

    Chef Maria Hines’ restaurant, Tilth, offers an intimate and romantic setting for Valentine’s weekend. Lovers will enjoy a four-course pre-fixe menu with the option to choose exceptional dishes under each course, available February 14-15. Guests can select from items such as Allium-Pear Soup with Rogue River Blue Cheese Mousse, Kumamoto Oysters with champagne mignonette and pink peppercorn, Steelhead Trout with tapioca “caviar” and fennel pollen cream, Cauliflower Risotto with gruyere and hazelnut, Braised Lamb Shank alongside polenta and root vegetables, and more.


    The night is not complete without dessert! Diners will have the choice of decadent Theo Chocolate Ganache Cake with cocoa chantilly, Espresso Cashew Cheesecake with cranberry agrodolce and cocoa nibs, or Lemon Olive Oil Cake with Herbes De Provence ice cream.


    The four-course dinner is $100 excluding tax and gratuity, with the option to add wine pairings for $50 or opt for a bottle of Valentine’s bubbles for $75 per bottle.     Ba Bar

    All three Ba Bar locations will offer Macarons To-Go this Valentine’s Day from February 8-15. Guests can pick up these tempting desserts in a box of six. They are a perfect accompaniment to a romantic home-cooked dinner or make great gifts for family, friends and coworkers.

    Shiro’s Sushi

    Shiro’s Sushi is celebrating the most romantic night of the year with a special seven-course menu for two featuring a variety of fresh fish and savory dishes. The indulgent Japanese menu includes:


    Ice Bowl: Chef’s selection sashimi

    Sushi Prelude: Salmon trio

    Sushi Hassun: Two kinds of chef’s petit plate

    Soup: Local clam soup

    Broiled: Black Cod Saikyo Yaki

    Nigiri: Chef’s selection of seven kinds of seasonal nigiri sushi

    The special menu includes a glass of Rose d’Or (Crémant de Bordeaux Brut Rosé N.V.) for a memorable toast, and a special dessert for two will be served a la carte.

    This Valentine’s Day brings a special menu to wa’z. The February kaiseki menu includes beautiful dishes such as Sesame Tofu, fresh Sashimi featuring Monkfish Liver and Flounder, Miyazaki Wagyu Beef Tartare, Braised Bluefin Tuna, and many more, plus Mitarashi Skewered Mochi for dessert.


    Diners have the option to add wine to complement their meal with specially selected wines just for the month of February. Wines include Noria Wines, a unique Japanese wine only available at wa’z in Washington State, a Sauvignon Blanc, and a Pinot Noir from Michael Valentine Vineyard. Guests are invited to make a reservation for this limited menu on February 14 and throughout the Valentine’s weekend.

    Bamboo Sushi

    The recently opened Bamboo Sushi invites diners for a sustainable and delicious omakase experience at their highly sought-after sushi counter, perfect for an intimate dinner for two.     Eden Hill Restaurant

    Chef Maximillian Petty of Eden Hill Restaurant is gearing up for a weekend of romance with a seven-course tasting menu. Diners can pamper their partner with seven-courses of Chef Petty’s innovative Avant-Garde cuisine crafted exclusively for Valentine’s Day. Noted as one of the best tasting menus in Seattle, the intimate, low lit dining room has earned Eden Hill Restaurant a reputation as a “house of romance.”


    The Valentine’s menu will be offered February 14-16 from 5-11 p.m. Dinner is $160 per person (plus service and tax) with the option to add sommelier-selected wine pairings for $150 per person. Guests can reserve tickets at Eden Hill is located at 2209 Queen Anne Avenue North, Seattle.


    Eden Hill Provisions

    Celebrate Valentine’s Day with the whole family at Eden Hill Provisions, where guests can dive into a modern-American menu for brunch or dinner on Valentine’s weekend. Dinner brings Eden Hill Waldorf Salad with dehydrated grapes and walnut maple verjus; Curried Pear and Parsnip Soup with grilled peanut oil, wild onion fritter; or Parisian Gnocchi with aged pecorino, kale, creme fraiche, lemon, hazelnuts, and more.


    For Valentine’s weekend brunch, families will enjoy French Toast Dips with sea buckthorn and lemon curd, whipped butter; Pancake with caramelized banana and peanut butter meringue; Molasses Shoulder Bacon with Fried Chicken and Buttermilk Waffle, malted blueberry syrup, and lemon chile butter; Dungeness Crab Benedict with sauce choron and fall tomato jam; and Duck Confit Hash with duck fat potatoes, Parisian gnocchi, and a sunny side up egg, and more.


    For a casual Valentine’s celebration at home, couples can order Chef Petty’s signature Burgers and Fries To-Go featuring the “Big Max” Cheeseburger with dry aged chuck, cured pork fat, caramelized onions, secret sauce, smoked gouda, on a challah bun, served with Shoestring Fries and can pick up a bottle of wine in the Eden Hill Provisions market to complete the meal.
