    Tilth Dining Rm from door

What better way for a chef to celebrate seven years of making it in the highly competitive restaurant world then by featuring two of her favorite things – BBQ and bourbon! In those seven years, Maria Hines has accomplished a lot, from winning a James Beard Best Chef NW award to making the New York Times list of best new restaurants in 2008. She’s also opened two more restaurants as well!

Seattle magazine says, “mark your calendar” for this Saturday afternoon, Aug. 31, from 2:30-4:30 p.m. Maria will be trading in her Chilled Cucumber Soup and St. Jude Albacore Tuna Croquettes for Pulled Pork Sliders, Braised Greens and Ham Hocks, and Slow Cooked Wagyu Beef Ribs.

In true James Beard award winner style, guests will experience sides such as Bone Marrow and Tomato Jam on Toast and Kohlrabi and Cabbage Slaw, dishes that Seattle Met has been dreaming about since first announced!

See the full ELEVEN item menu here and then make your reservations for the family-style bbq, just $45!
