    Adana

    Diners can treat their Valentine to Adana’s decadent seven-course menu, available only on Friday, February 14! Chef Shota Nakajima has created an incredible menu that will delight the senses with ingredients selected just for that evening including Local Oysters, Dungeness Crab, Spot Prawns, Uni, Duck, Truffles and of course chocolate. The option to add Foie Gras and Caviar will make the evening even more memorable…and beverage pairings will complement the courses perfectly.

    Ray’s Boathouse

    Shilshole Bay and the Olympic Mountains make the perfect backdrop for a romantic night out. This Valentine’s weekend Ray’s Boathouse invites couples to take in the spectacular views as they indulge in a delicious three-course menu with choice of appetizer, entrée and dessert.

     

    Diners will choose from dishes such as Duck Liver Pate, Applewood Grilled Filet of Beef with Porcini Dusted Scallops, Cioppino with Gnocchi, Red Wine Velvet Cake and more! Ray’s expert sommeliers will help guests select the perfect bottle of wine or champagne to accompany dinner and make it a night to remember.

     

    The three-course menu is $65 per person excluding tax and gratuity and is available Thursday, February 13 to Sunday, February 16, alongside their regular Boathouse menu. Reservations are strongly encouraged for the Boathouse and are available from 5-9 p.m. The bar will also be serving the three-course menu on a first come basis.     Ray’s Cafe

    Located upstairs from Ray’s Boathouse, the casual waterfront restaurant and bar, Ray’s Café, will offer special la carte menu items throughout the Valentine’s weekend alongside its regular menu of local seafood. Guests can begin their evening with Pan Fried Pacific Oysters and then choose from entrees like RR Filet Mignon and Half Dungeness Crab, Northwest Cioppino, and Blackened Mahi.

    Tilth

    Chef Maria Hines’ restaurant, Tilth, offers an intimate and romantic setting for Valentine’s weekend. Lovers will enjoy a four-course pre-fixe menu with the option to choose exceptional dishes under each course, available February 14-15. Guests can select from items such as Allium-Pear Soup with Rogue River Blue Cheese Mousse, Kumamoto Oysters with champagne mignonette and pink peppercorn, Steelhead Trout with tapioca “caviar” and fennel pollen cream, Cauliflower Risotto with gruyere and hazelnut, Braised Lamb Shank alongside polenta and root vegetables, and more.

     

    The night is not complete without dessert! Diners will have the choice of decadent Theo Chocolate Ganache Cake with cocoa chantilly, Espresso Cashew Cheesecake with cranberry agrodolce and cocoa nibs, or Lemon Olive Oil Cake with Herbes De Provence ice cream.

    Ba Bar

    All three Ba Bar locations will offer Macarons To-Go this Valentine’s Day from February 8-15. Guests can pick up these tempting desserts in a box of six. They are a perfect accompaniment to a romantic home-cooked dinner or make great gifts for family, friends and coworkers.

    Shiro’s Sushi

    Shiro’s Sushi is celebrating the most romantic night of the year with a special seven-course menu for two featuring a variety of fresh fish and savory dishes. The indulgent Japanese menu includes:

     

    Ice Bowl: Chef’s selection sashimi

    Sushi Prelude: Salmon trio

    Sushi Hassun: Two kinds of chef’s petit plate

    Soup: Local clam soup

    Broiled: Black Cod Saikyo Yaki

    wa’z

    This Valentine’s Day brings a special menu to wa’z. The February kaiseki menu includes beautiful dishes such as Sesame Tofu, fresh Sashimi featuring Monkfish Liver and Flounder, Miyazaki Wagyu Beef Tartare, Braised Bluefin Tuna, and many more, plus Mitarashi Skewered Mochi for dessert.

     

    Diners have the option to add wine to complement their meal with specially selected wines just for the month of February. Wines include Noria Wines, a unique Japanese wine only available at wa’z in Washington State, a Sauvignon Blanc, and a Pinot Noir from Michael Valentine Vineyard. Guests are invited to make a reservation for this limited menu on February 14 and throughout the Valentine’s weekend.

     

    The Valentine’s kaiseki menu starts at $110 per person. Reservations are available February 14-16 from 5-10 p.m. Guests can reserve at wazseattle.com. wa’z is located at 411 Cedar Street in Belltown.

     

    Bamboo Sushi

    The recently opened Bamboo Sushi invites diners for a sustainable and delicious omakase experience at their highly sought-after sushi counter, perfect for an intimate dinner for two. Guests can cozy up next to each other while knowing that their dinner is sound for the oceans and the environment, entrusting Bamboo Sushi’s expert sushi chefs to create a unique and extraordinary menu of sustainably sourced sushi on this special evening.     Eden Hill Restaurant

    Chef Maximillian Petty of Eden Hill Restaurant is gearing up for a weekend of romance with a seven-course tasting menu. Diners can pamper their partner with seven-courses of Chef Petty’s innovative Avant-Garde cuisine crafted exclusively for Valentine’s Day. Noted as one of the best tasting menus in Seattle, the intimate, low lit dining room has earned Eden Hill Restaurant a reputation as a “house of romance.”

     

    The Valentine’s menu will be offered February 14-16 from 5-11 p.m. Dinner is $160 per person (plus service and tax) with the option to add sommelier-selected wine pairings for $150 per person.     Eden Hill Provisions

    Celebrate Valentine’s Day with the whole family at Eden Hill Provisions, where guests can dive into a modern-American menu for brunch or dinner on Valentine’s weekend. Dinner brings Eden Hill Waldorf Salad with dehydrated grapes and walnut maple verjus; Curried Pear and Parsnip Soup with grilled peanut oil, wild onion fritter; or Parisian Gnocchi with aged pecorino, kale, creme fraiche, lemon, hazelnuts, and more.

     

    For Valentine’s weekend brunch, families will enjoy French Toast Dips with sea buckthorn and lemon curd, whipped butter; Pancake with caramelized banana and peanut butter meringue; Molasses Shoulder Bacon with Fried Chicken and Buttermilk Waffle, malted blueberry syrup, and lemon chile butter; Dungeness Crab Benedict with sauce choron and fall tomato jam; and Duck Confit Hash with duck fat potatoes, Parisian gnocchi, and a sunny side up egg, and more.

    Golden Beetle is offering a fun and interactive date option for you and your Valentine. Learn to create your favorite cocktail during the Couples Mixology Class on Saturday, February 13. The craft cocktail class will showcase whiskey, aged rum and anejo tequila while couples taste and create cocktails along the way. The class is 2-4 pm, $75 per person and includes cocktail ingredients, instruction, snacks and recipes for all three drinks so you can recreate them at home.

    Bell + Whete Gastropub + Events is celebrating Valentine’s weekend with a gorgeous, four-course menu by new Executive Chef Jenny Izaguirre. From February 12-14 guest can enjoy four courses for $45, with an optional beverage for $25.

    Start with Truffled Cannellini Bean Soup with herbed beetroot, followed by a second course of Tricolore Salad with grapes, pecorino and white balsamic.     Local 360 Café & Bar
    Local 360 Café & Bar is celebrating Valentine’s Day all weekend with a decadent three-course menu, locally-sourced within 360 miles of Seattle. Add a local wine flight of four pours for $20 or two 375ml bottles of wine including L’Ecole Chardonnay and L’Ecole Syrah for $42.

    In addition to their special three-course menu Local 360 will also offer Rack of Lamb for two as their Chefs Cut along with a few original sides from February 12-14.

    Three-course menu begins with an amuse of Sunchoke Cappuccino, Bacon & Carrot Beignet, then a Cold Smoked Black Cod with crème fraiche, beet and turnip, variations of egg and puffed grain. Main course brings Oregon Bison Loin with foie gras and black trumpet gratin, rutabaga and porcini. To finish the evening, enjoy their Pear “Tart Tatin” with buttermilk flan and single malt caramel.

    Chef Maximillian Petty debuts his first Valentine’s menu in Seattle by featuring indulgent ingredients such as bone marrow butter, foie gras and duck heart tartare in a five-course Valentine’s menu, offered February 12-14.

    Eden Hill treats diners with Fermented Beet Pavlova with house goat cheese mousse, black sturgeon caviar; and Parker House Rolls with bone marrow butter before the first course even begins. Then indulge in Fermented Cauliflower Soup, ras el hanout, apple, filbert, parsley root followed by a second-course of Rabbit Porchetta, sunchoke espuma, mustard caviar, sherry, saskatoon, foie gras. The third-course tempts dinners with Duck Heart Tartare, caper, tomato petal, green olive, fermented and roasted red chili, citron confit tapioca chip, marbled quail egg. Diners will continue their culinary journey with Wagyu Beef Shortrib, parsnip, goldenraisin, almond, chanterelle, chili, dark chocolate mole coloradito, black garlic.     Italians know the language of love, which is interpreted at Maria Hines’ Southern Italian and Sicilian inspired restaurant, Agrodolce. Classic southern Italian cuisine receives the touch of a James Beard Award-winning chef in a four-course dinner on Valentine’s Day.

    For a starter, enjoy St. Jude’s Albacore Crudo with bronte pistachio, preserved kumquat and Sicilian olive oil. Continue with house milled pasta for a second course: Emmer Mafalde, Black Nile Barley Spaghetti or Chestnut Cavatelli.     The many countries that surround the Mediterranean take center stage at Maria Hines’ Golden Beetle. With a new, refreshed interior and wood-fronting exterior, Golden Beetle is ready to graciously host on Valentine’s Day.

    Diners can start with Beet Carpaccio with goat cheese, toasted hazelnut and orange supreme. Second course options tempt with a seasonal favorite of Crispy Harissa Marinated Cauliflower with preserved lemon, castelvetrano, cucumber puree or Cod Fritters with pickled blueberry pepper, romesco aioli and arugula.     Chef Maria Hines’ first restaurant, Tilth, delivers a memorable dining experience any night of the year, but this Valentine’s Day, guests will feel the romance with candlelight and a beautiful four-course prix-fixe menu on Saturday, February 13 and Sunday, February 14.

    Shugoku Oysters are dressed up with cucumber, apple, and yuzu “mignonette” or select the Skagit River Ranch Beef Tongue, treated with house pickles, apple mustard and shishito. A Slow Cooked Duck Egg with duck confit, pickled crosnes, and orange present a tempting second course, followed by Seared Weathervane Scallop with baby shiitake, smoked leek and watercress, or choose the Porcini Ash-crusted Venison with swiss chard, anson mills corn polenta and Saskatoon berry.     Cafe Flora has created another swoon-worthy Valentine’s menu filled with indulgent options all while remaining seasonal, local, and vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free friendly.

    The first course begins with Spiced King Oyster Mushrooms with Okinawa purple potato,
    roasted turnip with bitter greens, cilantro sauce and candied kumquat. Second course offers Green Papaya & Rainbow Carrot Ribbons with tat soi, ripe papaya, spiced cashew-macadamia nut brittle, grapefruit and serrano dressing.
