    Father’s Day is less then a week away! We think dads should enjoy their day in the sun just as much as moms on Mother’s Day, so we’ve assembled a list of bourbon-heavy, male-loving, and dad-approved menus designed especially for him! Instead of making dad sweat in front of the grill cooking his own dinner, take him out and show him just how special he is.

    Fonte Café Pours Bourbon for Dads

    Fonté Café is known for their delicious coffee roasts, but this Father’s Day they are bringing out the bourbon for their special food and cocktail menus. On a day when dads are often asked to grill their own dinner, Fonté Café invites them in for Belgium Buttermilk Waffles with bourbon, bacon and butter; Roasted Duck with Maple-Bourbon gravy, breakfast potatoes and a sunny up egg; and Bourbon Pecan Sticky Buns. Dads can enhance their bourbon filled day with two drink specials created just for them: Seelbach with bourbon, bitters, Cointreau and topped with champagne; and Fonté Manhattan with 2 Bar Bourbon, byrrh and Scrappy’s Orange Bitters.

    Memorable Father’s Day at Crush

    As a father himself, Chef Jason Wilson appreciates dads that go the extra mile for their kids, that’s why he’s inviting all dads for a special Father’s Day menu of appreciation at Crush. The six-course menu starts with Scotch Oyster, wagyu steak tartar, maiitake, and dashi broth; Chile Mole, chickpeas, charred onions, octopus, and blood sausage; Corn Smut, pork belly, mustard greens, and grapes; Applewood Mushrooms, wild salmon, apple, fennel, peas, and crab; Tellicherry Thyme, potatoes, horseradish, short rib, broccoli, and beets; and Caramel Bone Marrow, chocolate, cherries, and salt.

    Three-Course Father’s Day at Tilth

    Maria Hines’ first restaurant is no stranger to special occasion dining and this Father’s Day is no exception. Dads and families are invited to a three-course brunch on the Tilth garden patio or in the craftsman-style dining room. Three selections under each course offers ample options for diners, including an Apricot Scone with pecans, apricot jam, and honey comb; Grits and Eggs with Anson Mills Grits, braised greens and tomato; and Stuffed French Toast with cherry, tarragon and mascarpone.     Golden Beetle Tempts Dads with Three-Course Menu

    Dads can celebrate their special day with bacon, eggs, and craft cocktails at Ballard’s Golden Beetle. The specially designed three-course menu features such dishes as Spicy Skagit River Ranch Bacon Hash with potatoes, Mama Lil’s Pepper, and Béchamel; Eggs Morney with swiss cheese, ham and poached eggs; and Shortbread Cookie Napolean with cinnamon, sour cherry and ricotta.     Sun-Drenched Cuisine at Agrodolce

    Seattle’s weather can be a bit dicey, but dads are sure to feel the Mediterranean while dining on sun-drenched Southern Italian and Sicilian fare at Agrodolce. The three-course menu offers an array of options including Savory Gougeres with provolone picante, green garlic aioli and chive; Steak and Eggs with asparagus and over easy eggs; Old Fashioned Waffle with bitters Chantilly, bourbon syrup and cherry; and Bomboloni with pastry cream, rhubarb and caramel.     Maria Hines Restaurants Celebrates National Bourbon Day

    Just in time for Father’s Day comes National Bourbon Day (June 14)! All of Maria Hines Restaurants will be offering a bourbon special and extending it through the weekend just for dads.

     Agrodolce: Bourbon Smash with Campari and soda offered June 13-15.

    Golden Beetle: Rainier Cherry and Bourbon Punch as well as a Bourbon Flight featuring bourbons from Woodinville. Both offered June 13-15.

    Tilth: Bourbon Fizz offered June 11-15.
