    Holiday-goers are invited to pop the cork at RN74 all month long with a list of unique champagnes offered by the glass and as a flight. On Saturday, Dec. 8, 1:30-3:30 p.m., guests will sample some of the restaurant’s best champagnes from their recently expanded cellar, as well as special bottles brought in for the holidays. Guests will enjoy hors d’oeuvres, a flight of unique top champagnes, and champagne-focused discussion with RN74’s award-winning sommelier Jeff Lindsay-Thorsen and Paul Swanson.

    The holiday festivities kick off Dec. 1 with champagnes available by the glass and as a flight during dinner service for the full month, including New Year’s Eve.     Start your four-course meal with the Roasted Kabocha Squash Soup with macerated cranberry, almond, and sage; or the Baby Spinach Salad with grilled scallion vinaigrette, kasseri cheese, and pistachio. Next is the Sweet Potato Tart, prepared with caramelized onion, brown sugar, and allspice.
