    Golden Beetle is offering a fun and interactive date option for you and your Valentine. Learn to create your favorite cocktail during the Couples Mixology Class on Saturday, February 13. The craft cocktail class will showcase whiskey, aged rum and anejo tequila while couples taste and create cocktails along the way. The class is 2-4 pm, $75 per person and includes cocktail ingredients, instruction, snacks and recipes for all three drinks so you can recreate them at home.

Move onto Maria Hines’ benedict interpretation with Root Vegetable Cake Benedict and crispy speck; or Wild Mushroom Omelet with Lacinato Kale, Chili Flake and Bechamel.     Dinner will be served with a glass of San Martino Prosecco Extra Dry for $58. The three-course dinner menu will be available February 11-14.

    Begin your romantic dinner with starters including Scallop Ceviche, Dungeness Crab & Clam Chowder. Options abound with entrée choices like a Double R Ranch Filet Oscar with whipped potatoes, asparagus and sauce béarnaise, as well as King Salmon in Sake Kasu with black lentils, lobster-green papaya salad and avocado mousse.     Bell + Whete Gastropub + Events is celebrating Valentine’s weekend with a gorgeous, four-course menu by new Executive Chef Jenny Izaguirre. From February 12-14 guest can enjoy four courses for $45, with an optional beverage for $25.

    Start with Truffled Cannellini Bean Soup with herbed beetroot, followed by a second course of Tricolore Salad with grapes, pecorino and white balsamic. The main course offers a choice of either Herbed Porchetta with sweet potato and lobster hash or a vegetarian option of Farroto with ratatouille and leeks. End your meal with a rich Brioche Bread Pudding with white chocolate and preserved kumquat.

    Local 360 Café & Bar
    Local 360 Café & Bar is celebrating Valentine’s Day all weekend with a decadent three-course menu, locally-sourced within 360 miles of Seattle. Add a local wine flight of four pours for $20 or two 375ml bottles of wine including L’Ecole Chardonnay and L’Ecole Syrah for $42.

    In addition to their special three-course menu Local 360 will also offer Rack of Lamb for two as their Chefs Cut along with a few original sides from February 12-14.

    Three-course menu begins with an amuse of Sunchoke Cappuccino, Bacon & Carrot Beignet, then a Cold Smoked Black Cod with crème fraiche, beet and turnip, variations of egg and puffed grain. Main course brings Oregon Bison Loin with foie gras and black trumpet gratin, rutabaga and porcini. To finish the evening, enjoy their Pear “Tart Tatin” with buttermilk flan and single malt caramel.

    Chef Maximillian Petty debuts his first Valentine’s menu in Seattle by featuring indulgent ingredients such as bone marrow butter, foie gras and duck heart tartare in a five-course Valentine’s menu, offered February 12-14.

    Eden Hill treats diners with Fermented Beet Pavlova with house goat cheese mousse, black sturgeon caviar; and Parker House Rolls with bone marrow butter before the first course even begins. Then indulge in Fermented Cauliflower Soup, ras el hanout, apple, filbert, parsley root followed by a second-course of Rabbit Porchetta, sunchoke espuma, mustard caviar, sherry, saskatoon, foie gras. The third-course tempts dinners with Duck Heart Tartare, caper, tomato petal, green olive, fermented and roasted red chili, citron confit tapioca chip, marbled quail egg. Diners will continue their culinary journey with Wagyu Beef Shortrib, parsnip, goldenraisin, almond, chanterelle, chili, dark chocolate mole coloradito, black garlic. Yellow Beet Root, mandarin, roasted white chocolate, yeast sponge cake, caramelized honey completes the fifth-course.

    For a starter, enjoy St. Jude’s Albacore Crudo with bronte pistachio, preserved kumquat and Sicilian olive oil.     The many countries that surround the Mediterranean take center stage at Maria Hines’ Golden Beetle. With a new, refreshed interior and wood-fronting exterior, Golden Beetle is ready to graciously host on Valentine’s Day.

    Diners can start with Beet Carpaccio with goat cheese, toasted hazelnut and orange supreme. Second course options tempt with a seasonal favorite of Crispy Harissa Marinated Cauliflower with preserved lemon, castelvetrano, cucumber puree or Cod Fritters with pickled blueberry pepper, romesco aioli and arugula.     Chef Maria Hines’ first restaurant, Tilth, delivers a memorable dining experience any night of the year, but this Valentine’s Day, guests will feel the romance with candlelight and a beautiful four-course prix-fixe menu on Saturday, February 13 and Sunday, February 14.

    Shugoku Oysters are dressed up with cucumber, apple, and yuzu “mignonette” or select the Skagit River Ranch Beef Tongue, treated with house pickles, apple mustard and shishito. A Slow Cooked Duck Egg with duck confit, pickled crosnes, and orange present a tempting second course, followed by Seared Weathervane Scallop with baby shiitake, smoked leek and watercress, or choose the Porcini Ash-crusted Venison with swiss chard, anson mills corn polenta and Saskatoon berry.     Cafe Flora has created another swoon-worthy Valentine’s menu filled with indulgent options all while remaining seasonal, local, and vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free friendly.

    roasted turnip with bitter greens, cilantro sauce and candied kumquat.
