    Agrodolce
    James Beard Award-winning Chef Maria Hines has prepared a Sicilian Easter brunch menu for Agrodolce that has something for every palate. The three-course prix-fixe menu showcases light spring ingredients alongside robust, hearty fare and sweet, decadent choices.

    Start with such items as Spicy Greens Salad with castelvetrano olives, toasted almonds, creamy pecorino and oregano vinaigrette. Then move onto Spring Hash with lamb sausage, spring onion and a sunny side up egg, or Asparagus Omelette with wild mushrooms and mama lil’s coulis.     Ray’s Boathouse & Café
    Don’t miss out on the Ray’s Boathouse & Café brunch, lunch and dinner buffets, only available on select holidays! Indulge in fresh, local seafood and delicious brunch favorites from the Boathouse brunch menu or Café buffet while taking in one of Seattle’s best views.     Sushi Kappo Tamura
    Replace your traditional Easter brunch and partake in fresh, sustainable sushi, seafood, and other Japanese dishes. Local, seasonal ingredients from the Pacific Northwest are used to create delicious Japanese cuisine and Easter is no exception.

    Enjoy Chef Taichi Kitamura’s Brunch Gozen with three options including Hiru Gozen with maitake mushrooms, braised Snake River Ranch wagyu beef skirt steak konabe and Chef’s sashimi. Guests can also dine on Nigiri Gozen with seven pieces of nigiri sushi and gozen sides. Bara Chirashi includes sushi rice layered with nori, tamago, ginger and topped with a mix of tuna, salmon, yellowtail, albacore and masago.     Tilth is a favorite brunch spot for locals and out-of-towners alike and Chef Maria Hines has created a special three-course prix fixe for Easter. Enjoy brunch in the intimate craftsman house or on their garden patio. Organic and locally sourced ingredients along with friendly staff that treat their customers like family creates a welcoming Easter Sunday setting.

    Volterra is offering an extensive Tuscan-inspired Easter brunch menu at its Ballard and Kirkland locations with an addition of a special dinner menu at its Ballard location. The deliciously fragrant flavors of Italy are imported by Chef Don Curtiss and combined with ingredients that make the Pacific Northwest so unique, making Volterra an excellent choice for any occasion.
