  • Pure Barre Capitol Hill Opens Jan. 4! 12.20.13

Just in time for the New Year, Pure Barre is opening their fourth Seattle-area location on Capitol Hill, January 4! Owners Sami and Brandon Sweeney are excited to bring their beloved workout to another neighborhood of Seattleites. Capitol Hill joins Pure Barre University, Queen Anne and Bellevue.

Classes begin Saturday, January 4 at 8:30 a.m. and Pure Barre will donate a portion of all January merchandise sales to Life Long Aids Alliance to support their vital programs.

To kick off the New Year right, Pure Barre is holding their 60-Day New Year’s Challenge where students work to complete 50 classes in 60 days starting January 10. All students who complete the challenge will receive a gift bag and a 10-class card to Pure Barre.

Pure Barre was the first barre class in Seattle and offers students a full body workout in 55-minutes through small isometric movements that tighten and tone abs, seat, thighs and arms. The technique combines elements of Pilates, yoga and weights, set to upbeat music to keep energy high. Muscles are worked to fatigue and then stretched to achieve lean limbs. Its low impact approach is perfect for all body types and offers a complete workout in just an hour that gets your heart rate up and works all areas of the body to slim and tone.
