  • Argentinean Dinner with Magic Road 06.30.11

    After more than a year of providing gourmet Argentinean goods to Seattleites, Magic Road International is introducing its Estancia Lucia and San Juan products to Portland. A foodie city that prides itself on quality, small production goods deemed an excellent place for Magic Road!

    To hit the ground running Magic Road partnered with del INTI restaurant in Portland where Chef/Owner Ignacio del Solar took their four products (Arauco green olives, extra virgin olive oil, chimichurri sauce and pumpkin in syrup) and showed their diverse uses by creatively slicing, chopping, pureeing, stuffing and frying them and pairing with basic proteins, vegetables and unique herbs. The result was a beautiful meal that transformed the pork, salmon, duck and vegetables and left everyone wanting more! See for yourself and try not to drool…
