James Beard Award-winning Chef Maria Hines opened Agrodolce with a mission to bring authentic Sicilian fare, crafted with the finest organic and sustainable ingredients, to Seattle. Maria has assembled a culinary feast this Thanksgiving, and yes, there is turkey, prepared with classic Sicilian flavors.

For the second and third course choose between the Sweet Potato Cavatelli with cranberry, brown butter, savory herbs; the Seared Brussels Sprout “Casserole,” with wild mushrooms, marsala, crispy shallots; or the Turkey Breast Involtini, with speck, provolone picante, and focaccia stuffing. Then savor the delightfully sweet dolci dish, Pumpkin Sheep’s Milk Ricotta Cheesecake, fashioned with housemade graham cracker, bruleed pear, and candied pistachio.
