    Need a fun and engaging summer activity for your kids? Look no further! Blue Ribbon Cooking is offering numerous cooking camps this summer for children of all ages.

    Kids get to take a hands-on role in planning and preparing delicious gourmet family meals all while learning invaluable cooking and baking techniques. Each camp ends with a Thursday night Graduation Dinner for parents and kids that’s created and prepared by the students themselves!

    In each camp, students are provided with daily meals and cooking supplies in addition to a personalized chef’s jacket, a professional-quality chef’s knife, an electronic cookbook, and much more.

    Kids can choose from Classic Culinary Camp, Baking & Pastry Camp, or Advanced French Culinary Camp. If parents want to get in the kitchen along with their little ones, they can opt for the Mom & Me Camp; parents, grandparents, and caregivers are all welcome!

    What’s included?
    Students are provided with daily meals, cooking supplies, a personalized chef jacket and a professional-quality chef knife!

    The Classic Culinary, Baking & Pastry, and Advanced French Culinary Camp all include a Thursday night graduation sit-down dinner for parents and kids, created and cooked by the students themselves.

    2015 Camp Dates:

    Classic Culinary Camp
    $400 Camp fee plus $250 Supply fee
    SENIORS: Ages 14-18
    – June 22-25
    JUNIORS: Ages 7-13
    – July 13-16, or July 27-30
    – June 29-July 2 or July 20-23
    Classes are Monday-Thursday from 9:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

    Baking & Pastry Camp
    $400 Camp fee plus $250 Supply fee
    – June 22-25, July 6-9, or July 20-23
    Classes are Monday-Thursday from 9:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.

    Advanced French Culinary Camp
    $500 Camp fee plus $300 Supply fee
    – July 27-30

    Classes are Monday & Wednesday from 9:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. and Thursday from 11:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
    *Students must have completed a prior kids camp at Blue Ribbon to attend.

    Mom & Me Camp (open to all parents, grandparents and caregivers)
    $275 Camp fee per each pair of child and adult plus $50 Supply fee per person
    $125 for each additional family member

  • Blue Ribbon Kids Cooking Camps 06.14.13

    Starting June 17th Blue Ribbon Cooking & Culinary Center is kicking off its 19th summer of kids cooking camps for kids and teens ages 7-18! Participants learn knife skills, easy meals and self confidence. Camp includes: personalized chef’s jacket, chef’s knife, Blue Ribbon electronic cookbook, daily lunch, diploma and graduation dinner. Blue Ribbon was the first local cooking school to offer international cooking for kids with a sit-down dinner format and all camps are held at their 5,200 square foot facility on Lake Union.

    All classes, outside of Mom & Me, end with a graduation dinner where the students present what they have learned at a dinner for their friends and family.

    The first camp runs June 17-20 and the last July 29-August 1. View schedule, rates and sign up information online. Register two siblings at once and receive 15 percent off both kids.
