    The holiday season is in full swing and Seattle is alive with the hustle and bustle of locals and visitors alike celebrating over festive food and drinks.     Feast of Seven Fishes at Agrodolce



    Maria Hines’ Italian-inspired restaurant, Agrodolce, celebrates Christmas Eve with a long-standing Sicilian Christmas tradition, the Feast of Seven Fishes. The festive seafood feast is available in two different dining experiences to be enjoyed family-style: the three-course Feast of Five Fishes, $55 per person and the four-course Feast of Seven Fishes, $75 per person.

    The thoughtful menus include Spaghetti al Nero di Sepia with green elderberry capers, golden raisins and white anchovy; Steamed Penn Cove Mussels in a rich tomato saffron broth with preserved lemon and smoked eggplant; and Vanilla Poached Sylver Fishing Spot Prawns with seared endive, caramelized pear and crispy speck. For dessert, guests can indulge in a Tasting of Cookies including buccelatti, candied kumquat cannoli, pizzelle and semolina almond thumbprints.     Cheer on the Seahawks with Elevated German Fare + Beers at Altstadt



    Seahawks fans are invited to ramp up their Christmas spirit and the spirit of the 12s at Altstadt for the big Christmas Eve Seahawks game against the Arizona Cardinals! Just blocks from CenturyLink Field, ticket holders can imbibe pregame and those looking for a festive place to watch the game will feel right at home. Reinvented German fare for the game includes Sausage Plates with classically prepared sauerkraut, mustards, ketchup and pomme frites; Käsespätzle tossed in Beecher’s cheese, caramelized onions and pretzel breadcrumbs; and Brezels – traditional soft pretzels with Jacobsen salt and housemade spicy mustard!

    Celebrate Christmas Eve with a Five-Course Tasting Menu at Miller’s Guild



    Chef Jason Wilson has put together a five-course tasting menu complete with luxurious add ons for a memorable Christmas Eve feast. Dinner begins with Miller’s Guild’s own housemade pickles, crudités and charcuterie. Then, a seasonal Dungeness Crab Wedge salad with bacon, apple and a creamy lemon basil dressing or a heartier Roasted Squash salad with ancient grains, pear and chicory with pomegranate vinaigrette. The main courses enjoy time on the restaurant’s signature wood-fired grill, including Roasted Black Cod with Roasted Black Trumpet Mushrooms or for the carnivore, Smoked Porchetta with chestnut, thyme and roasted garlic.     Chef Maximillian Petty presents a nightly tasting menu that has become the reason that many people head to Eden Hill.
