    New Year’s Eve at Miller’s Guild + New Year’s Eve Dance Party

    Seattle’s new, wood-fired restaurant will be welcoming guests on New Year’s Eve! Just opened, Miller’s Guild will be offering its long-awaited a la carte menu featuring heritage breed meats and 75 day dry-aged beef, Mad Hatcher Bone-in Quail and Lamb Shoulder and Belly. Wood-fired meats will run alongside Giant Pacific Octopus, Slow Roasted Wild Salmon, Roasted Cauliflower with Preserved Lemon and Castelvetrano Olives, and specials, including wood-grilled lobster and more. Guests can toast to the new year with cask-aged spirits in a diverse cocktail menu including seasonal Egg Nog, Haymaker’s Punch, Scout’s Honor with Four Roses Bourbon and Gin Old Fashioned with Cask Aged Counter Gin.     In addition, Miller’s Guild and Hotel Max will be featuring a New Year’s Eve Dance Party in the Hotel Max Lobby. The area will be transformed into a lounge and lit dance floor with Turntablist and DJ Gumbeaux spinning Classic R&B and Dance music from 10 p.m. – 2 a.m. Guests will receive two free drink tickets, a champagne toast at midnight and hors d’oeuvres. Tickets are $75 per person; guest of Hotel Max and Miller’s Guild pay just $50 per ticket. Tickets can be reserved in person or by calling Miller’s Guild at 206.443.3663.

    Holiday Indulgence at Tilth

    Maria Hines’ first restaurant that earned her national acclaim continues to push the culinary envelope with its inventive, certified organic, New American cuisine. This New Year’s Eve, Tilth will be offering a beautifully prepared four-course dinner. The first course will feature Washington Oysters with Green Apple Ganite, shallot and white wine vinegar or Celery Root Soup with golden raisin, burgundy truffle and peanut butter. Next up, diners can choose from Sylver Fishing Co Spot Prawn Consomme, Porcini Brulee or Rabbit Rillette. Grilled Venison Loin and the much-loved Smoked Heirloom Bean Cassoulet are third course options. The finale features Bourbon Pecan Pie with Woodford Reserve, Chantilly and caramel or Espresso Crème Brulee.

    Italian Inspired Holidays at Agrodolce

    Last year Maria Hines completed her restaurant trifecta with Agrodolce, the third restaurant in her restaurant collection. Celebrating the New Year’s Eve with Southern Italian and Sicilian fare, Maria has assembled a charming culinary feast with house milled flour used for the pasta, housemade focaccia and certified organic and wild ingredients. Diners will choose their first course from Italian Chestnut Soup with marsala, chanterelle conserva and preserved lemon, or Pugliese Style Burrata with baby beet, saba and arugula. The pasta course will feature Emmer Rigatoni with spicy pork sausage and Mama Lil’s Pepper, Ricotta Cavatelli with wild mushrooms, gremolata and chard, and Cuttlefish Ink Spaghetti with romanesco, anchovy and pine nut. The third course includes Seafood Risotto with Sylver spot prawn, Penn Cove Mussel and spicy tomato sauce or Snoqualmie Valley Lamb Shoulder with olive tapenade, semolina pudding, and puntarella. Guests will finish dinner with a choice of Buccellato with pistachio, fig and grappa, Chocolate Cannoli, or Limoncello Sorbetto.

    Golden Beetle Inspires New Year’s Eve Celebration

    Golden Beetle is encouraging a true celebration this New Year’s Eve with a special menu worthy of ringing in the New Year. The first course includes Beet and Satsuma Salad with tahini-cucumber vinaigrette and Almond-Stuffed Medjool Dates with Meyer lemon gastrique. Next up is Seared Alaskan Black Cod with Labneh and pearl barley or Grilled Halloumi Cheese with Arugula and citrus poached pear. The third course features Anderson Ranch Lamb Tagine and Slow Cooked Rabbit Turnover. The finale gives guests a choice of Black Walnut Baklava, Chocolate Truffle Torte or Pomegranate Sorbet with Puffed Quinoa and orange blossom gastrique.

    Ring In 2014 at Crush

    Crush will be ringing in the New Year with a decadent tasting menu featuring Sturgeon Caviar with cauliflower panna cotta, Ahi Tuna Tartar with Cucumber Dashi & Nori Cured Foie Gras, Slow Roasted Salmon with Dungeness Crab, Mint, Meyer Lemon, and Upper Dry Creek Lamb Saddle with Tagliassca Olives, Vadouvan Yogurt Quince & Quinoa Granola.
