    Tilth’s Anniversary BBQ Pop-Up: Sept. 1

Tilth is celebrating its 8th anniversary this Labor Day! To commence the celebration, Tilth is repeating its BBQ pop-up that was so successful during the 7th anniversary (it sold out), giving it a refreshed menu, and serving it up all day (11 a.m.-10 p.m.) in the dining room and on the patio. It’s one of Maria’s favorite forms of cooking so you can be sure to enjoy some of her specialties.
Featuring 11 items for just $50, Start your meal with the Deviled Eggs, prepared with crème fraiche, caper, and smoked salmon; taste the crisply fresh Watermelon Salad with French melon, mint, and feta; work your way to the spicy sweet Anson Mills Hush Puppies with fresh corn, jalapeno, and chili honey and enjoy Coffee Rubbed Wagyu Beef Brisket with heirloom tomato sauce and pickled Walla Walla onion.

What would a full BBQ meal be without dessert? Indulge in Bruleed Billy’s Stonefruit with crème fraiche ice cream, and thyme crumble to finish off your meal with a satisfying sweet treat. $50 includes the full menu. There is also an optional drink-pairing menu with BBQ-inspired beverages for $25.

Celebrate 8 years of the restaurant that The New York Times named one of the best new restaurants in the country and earned Maria Hines her James Beard Award for Best Chef of the Northwest, along many other accolades.
