Created with local, organic and wild ingredients, the three course menu for $37 will surely satisfy your valentine (price is per person; three options under each course; exclusive of tax and gratuity).

    Spend San Valentino in tidbit bistro’s cozy and rustic setting with a special Spanish and Italian influenced menu featuring five courses for $60 (plus tax and gratuity). Start with the traditional and savory Empanadillas, ground lamb turnovers topped with romesco sauce and shaved parmesan; Lobster Ravioli Alla Panna, heart-shaped lobster ravioli with creamy sauce; Prime Rib With Budino, tender rare prime rib with Yorkshire mini-pudding and porcini mushroom reduction.     CRUSH
    Set the stage for romance with an enticing four course dinner at CRUSH throughout Valentine’s weekend. Lovingly prepared by Chef Jason Wilson, the menu features options such as Potato Gnocchi with Perigord Black Truffle and gruyere cream, Main Lobster Salad with Blood Orange and Slow Roasted Wild Salmon and Dungeness Crab-Fennel Salad. Optional menu supplements include Seared Hudson Valley Foie Gras ‘Steak’ with wild huckleberries, buttermilk Belgian waffle and endive as well as a Gift of Sweets. The menu will be offered Feb 11-14 in addition to the regular CRUSH menu. The four course menu is $77 per person with an optional wine pairing for $54. Tax and gratuity not included.     Chef Maria Hines’ Tilth offers a beautiful four course dinner on Valentine’s Day, leaving room for you and your Valentine to have something different with three options under each course. Enjoy such options as Porcini Crème Brulee, Grilled Dakota Beef Top Sirloin with truffle potato purée and Theo Chocolate Ganache Cake. The menu is offered only on Valentine’s Day for $85 per person with an optional wine pairing for $50. Excluding tax and gratuity.     2 oz Lindemans Raspberry Lambic
    4 oz Prosecco
    .5 oz Chambord
    1 each Raspberry

    In a mixing glass, stir in ingredients with two ounces of ice for five seconds. Strain into Champagne flute. Squeeze lemon peel over glass and discard peel. Garnish with fresh raspberry on a pick.

    Estancia Lucia
    Impress your date this Valentine’s weekend and cook a romantic Argentinean inspired meal with Estancia Lucia’s delicious specialty foods. Their chimichurri sauce works as the perfect marinade on meat or fish and a great accompaniment to vegetables or as a dip for bread. Start your meal with their Arauco green olives, unique to Argentina, or garnish your martini or bloody mary. Finish off your pasta or meat dish with a drizzle of their San Juan Extra Virgin Olive Oil for a flavor boost and a swirl of fresh aromatics.
