This holiday season, Tilth will be offering a beautifully prepared four-course dinner on Christmas Eve featuring a first course of Washington Oysters with Green Apple Ganite or Celery Root Soup with golden raisin, burgundy truffle and peanut butter. Next up, choose from Sylver Fishing Co Spot Prawn Consomme, Porcini Brulee or Rabbit Rillette. Grilled Venison Loin and the much-loved Smoked Heirloom Bean Cassoulet are third course options. Italian Inspired Holidays at Agrodolce

Last year Maria Hines completed her restaurant trifecta with Agrodolce, the third restaurant in her restaurant collection. Celebrating the holidays with Southern Italian and Sicilian fare, Maria has assembled a charming culinary feast with house milled flour used for the pasta, housemade focaccia and certified organic and wild ingredients. Choose your first course from Italian Chestnut Soup with marsala, chanterelle conserva and preserved lemon, or Pugliese Style Burrata with baby beet, saba and arugula. The pasta course features Emmer Rigatoni with spicy pork sausage and Mama Lil’s Pepper, Ricotta Cavatelli with wild mushrooms, gremolata and chard, and Cuttlefish Ink Spaghetti with romanesco, anchovy and pine nut. The third course includes Seafood Risotto with Sylver spot prawn, Penn Cove Mussel and spicy tomato sauce or Snoqualmie Valley Lamb Shoulder with olive tapenade, semolina pudding, and puntarella. • Golden Beetle Expands Happy Hour . . . Again! 11.13.13

    GB HH Burger copy (min)

We mentioned a few weeks ago that Golden Beetle doubled their happy hour menu and added six new craft cocktails, too! Well, it’s time to get even happier – Golden Beetle gives you every excuse to make them THE happy hour destination for the holidays (and beyond!).

In addition to the expanded menu, Golden Beetle is also expanding their hours! Instead of just one hour of happiness, you can now indulge for two, from 4:30-6:30 p.m. everyday in the entire restaurant.

Also, every Sunday-Thursday the happy hour menu is offered all night for guests at the bar. So, belly up to the bar and indulge in craft cocktails and delicious Eastern Mediterranean fare, like the Skagit River Ranch burger with some of the best fries we’ve ever had (above), and the Fire & Honey Chicken Wings (below). We can definitely toast to that!
