    Calling all 12’s! Cheer on your Seahawks in style this Sunday, February 1 with Volterra’s Seahawks-inspired menu. Watch the game on their new TV while you indulge in a customized, all-day happy hour created specially for the Super Bowl by Chef Don Curtiss. 12’s of all ages are welcome in the Front Room, while those 21 and up can sit in the bar – all with perfect views of the big game!

    Cafe Flora

If you’re looking for nourishing, organic, and sustainable meal options, visit one of Maria Hines’ restaurants, all organically certified by Oregon Tilth, an unaffiliated organization that promotes sustainability. Happy hour meals and drink items at Maria Hines Restaurants are all priced at an agreeable $8 or less.

    Agrodolce

    Located right in the heart of Seattle’s lively Fremont neighborhood, Agrodolce offers up some of Seattle’s finest Southern Italian and Sicilian cuisine. Stop by for happy hour daily, from 4-6 p.m. and indulge in the grass fed Mini Lamb Burger, with Dijon mustard, mostarda, and polenta fries; Crispy Sunchokes, with tuna tonnato and bacon salt; and the light and refreshing Arugula and Watercress, served with grana padano, Meyer lemon, and almond.     Golden Beetle

Chef Sam creates dishes based on what his purveyors bring to his restaurant each and every day and Valentine’s Day is no exception.     Tilth Celebrates Valentine’s Weekend

    Tilth gives reason for a weekend-long romance with a special prix-fixe dinner on Friday, Feb. 14 and a special prix-fixe brunch on Saturday and Sunday (Feb. 15-16). Guests can choose a four-course prix-fixe dinner including Savory Apple Soup, Ricotta Gnudi with chili butter, St. Jude’s Albacore Tuna A La Plancha, and Dark Chocolate Sorbet with shaved chocolate and holmquist hazelnut.     Ah burgers, we certainly can’t imagine life without a good one in our neck of the woods. That’s why we’re excited to announce that 8oz. Burger Bar on Capitol Hill is our newest client!

    8oz. Burger Bar’s menu is inspired by American tavern classics made with the best local products available. The restaurant prides themselves on their hefty 8oz. patties, with eight burgers made from a blend of sirloin, tri-tip, short rib and chuck, and an additional menu of eight burgers made from northwest grass fed beef, wild boar, kobe beef, lamb, fish, free range turkey, sausage and housemade veggie patties.



    Local highlights include brioche buns from Grateful Bread Bakery, Essential Bakery, Beecher’s Cheese, Hempler’s Bacon, Bluebird Ice Cream, local liquor, and northwest wine and beer, including the custom 8oz. Lager by Emerald City Beer Company. All burgers are served with tender Kennebec fries and everything is made fresh and in-house, outside of of basics like ketchup and mustard.

    Owner/Chef Kevin Chung has recently released a new menu featuring six new burgers including The Madison with watercress, tomato, ale roasted mushroom, charred onions, thyme infused truffle salt, caved aged gruyere, herb aioli, as well as the Sausage Burger with Carlton farms pork, house made sausage, Hempler’s bacon, fried egg, fig jam.

    8oz. Burger Bar features a full bar with seasonal cocktails, boozy “adult shakes and floats”, like the Vanilla Dream with Bluebird vanilla ice cream, malt, caramel and Fremont Whiskey, 12 rotating beers on tap and over 40 varieties of whiskey, bourbon rye and scotch. Their twice-daily happy hour includes a progressively priced menu with items priced at $2,$4,$6,$8, including a Plate ‘o Candied Bacon, Mini Kobe Corndogs, Short Rib Sliders and more.

    Twenty years ago when the quaint Madison Valley neighborhood made a home for Cafe Flora, health-food fanatics, vegetarians, and local producers rejoiced. Cafe Flora not only provided an upscale atmosphere that guests raved about, but their unique recipes exceeded expectations offering a new twist on hearty, flavorful vegetarian dishes.

    As mentioned by the Puget Sound Business Journal, Seattle Weekly, and KING5’s New Day Northwest, this Saturday, June 2nd from 5-10 p.m. marks Cafe Flora’s 20th Anniversary, a celebration you will not want to miss!

    Here’s the scoop: Cafe Flora is throwing a farmers market style event, inviting their beloved growers and vendors to set up throughout the restaurant, atrium and tented courtyard. Cafe Flora chefs will be cooking bites from local vendor produce, in addition to serving wine, beer, and cocktails with the accompaniment of live music. CSA sign ups will also be available.

    For a retro style Chinese experience, Lucky 8s China House is offering weekday happy hour from 4-6 p.m. and daily 10 p.m.-1 a.m. with $4 wines, $2 PBR, and $4 wells. The specialty food menu tempts customers with $1-$2.50 small plates featuring items such as Szechuan Rib, Pork Bao, Hot & Sour Soup, and Egg or Spring Rolls. Their signature Dragon Fire Shrimp is featured for just $6.

    Vios is welcoming guests to their outdoor patio to enjoy authentic and inspired Greek lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. Enjoy authentic dips such as Babaganoush, Olive Tapenades or Hummus with warm pita bread for under $5.50, or a traditional Greek Salad to start. For heartier entrees, the Caramelized Onion Gyro Flat Iron Steak or Two-Skewer Lamb Souvlaki with roasted tomatoes and creamy tatziki sauce will hit the spot.
