    James Beard Award-winning Chef Maria Hines has prepared a Sicilian Easter brunch menu for Agrodolce that has something for every palate. The three-course prix-fixe menu showcases light spring ingredients alongside robust, hearty fare and sweet, decadent choices.

    Start with such items as Spicy Greens Salad with castelvetrano olives, toasted almonds, creamy pecorino and oregano vinaigrette. Then move onto Spring Hash with lamb sausage, spring onion and a sunny side up egg, or Asparagus Omelette with wild mushrooms and mama lil’s coulis.
