  • Goldbergs’ Wins “Best Corned Beef Sandwich” 02.08.12

Ask the Jewish community what makes a great deli and you’ll probably get an array of opinions. Broaden that out even further by holding a “Best of Everything” poll and you’re in for some major poll tallying. However, once agreement is met you know you’ve got something worth talking about.

The Jewish Transcript recently held their annual “Best of Everything” reader awards and awarded one of the most opinionated food items, “Best Corned Beef Sandwich,” to Goldbergs’ Famous Delicatessen in Bellevue! That’s right, of all of the delis, restaurants and cafes in the area, Goldbergs’ cooks and piles on their corned beef like no other around. We are talking lip smacking, mouth-pleasing, want-to-go-back-for-more good. At just $11.99 (half sandwiches $8.75), THE BEST sandwich gets even better with delicious sides. You can also grab this award-winning corned beef from their deli counter to take home.

Goldbergs’ also offers corned beef and cabbage, pastrami sandwiches and about 265 other menu items for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We are partial to the reuben, too, pictured above – doesn’t that look delicious? Give it a try and tell us if it’s your best, too!

  • The winner for Best New Restaurant – Milagro Cantina! 07.01.11

This has been a year of many, many, MANY new restaurants gracing the greater Seattle area. From Redmond to West Seattle, Woodinville to Kent, there has been a new restaurant cropping up every week – or so it seems! The competition is tough, but we believe that competition breeds excellence . . .

We are very pleased to announce that our client, Milagro Cantina, has been voted Best New Restaurant by the readers of 425 Magazine. Open a mere six months, the crew at Milagro started with a bang and has only been getting better and better, putting their best foot forward and creating wonderful impression upon memorable impression for the guests that walk through their steel doors.

The July issue of 425 Magazine, out on newsstands today, also includes a four page spread on Milagro Cantina and Chef Chris Peterson. That gives you at least two reasons to pick up the magazine – and the editors give you many, many more reasons to grab your own Best Of issue or read online.

A big thanks to all that voted for Milagro. If you haven’t been yet then the outdoor patio, a plate of tacos and a Prickly Pear Lemonade should give you reason enough to check out Milagro Cantina this summer and decide for yourself!
