    Classic Hanukkah Specials at Golden Beetle

    In honor of the holiday, Golden Beetle is offering four traditional Hanukkah dishes from $5-9. The menu features Potato Latkes with housemade apple sauce, crème fraiche, green onion; Matzo Ball Soup with smoked chicken, carrot, parsley; Roasted Root Vegetables with parsnip, rutabaga, fingerling potato; and Stuffed Donuts with persimmon filling and powdered sugar. Order any of these dishes as a side to your main meal or try them all together.

    Farm Fresh Christmas at Local 360 Cafe & Bar

    Local 360 Cafe & Bar is celebrating Christmas Eve with a three-course tasting menu highlighting their locally sourced goods straight from the farm! The menu includes Wild Mushroom Soup with Washington Truffles, Tani Creek Farms Christmas Goose and Cinnamon Bourbon Bread Pudding.

    The three-course tasting menu is $50 per person, with an optional $15 wine pairing available. Local 360 Cafe & Bar will also serve its regular menu.     Enjoy Norman-inspired cuisine with a modern twist this Christmas Eve at Bell + Whete European Kitchen + Lounge in Belltown. Four-course tasting menu includes Celeriac Veloute, Hot Smoked Black Cod, Stuffed Quail and deliciously rich Spiced Apple Cake.

    Agrodolce Christmas Eve #FishFeast

    Indulge in fresh fish and seafood at Maria Hines’ Sicilian and southern Italian trattoria this Christmas Eve. The James Beard award-winning chef is bringing an age-old Italian tradition to Agrodolce with #FishFeast, their spin on the “feast of the seven fishes”. The celebratory feast originated in Southern Italy to commemorate the Vigilia di Natale, the birth of baby Jesus, and is now a popular Italian-American tradition.

    Maria and Executive Chef Jason Brzozowy are offering three, multi-course seafood menus including 3 seafood courses for $35, five seafood courses for $55 and seven seafood courses for $75 per person. Each menu starts with Agrodolce’s Housemade Focaccia and ends with a tasting of the Buccellati, Chocolate Cannoli, and Cassata with candied fruit for dessert.

    Three Fish Feast Menu: Grilled Octopus with salsa verde, Pan Seared Black Cod, Burrata Pugliese with Calabrian chile, caper, white anchovy. $35 per person.

    Five Fish Feast Menu: Includes all of the first menu’s items along with Razor Clam and Spot Prawn Crudo with orange, wild fennel, and Oola citrus vodka, and Semolina Mafaldine, Dungeness crab with chili and lime. $55 per person.

    Seven Fish Feast Menu: The third and heartiest menu includes all of the first two menu items plus Northwest Seafood Stew with Penn Cove clams and mussels, smoked cod, and couscous, and Whole Roasted Fish cooked with almond-anchovy sauce and seared Brussels sprouts. $75 per person.

    Maria Hines is offering a beautiful four-course menu at Tilth this Christmas Eve. For your first course indulge in Washington Oysters on the Half Shell, Root Vegetable Soup, or a Rabbit Rillette, with frisee, pickled vegetables and mustard. Work your way to the Sylver Fishing Co Spot Prawns with Penn Cove mussel, bouillabaisse and saffron aioli, the Porcini Brulee with pickled beech mushroom, watercress and pinenuts, or the Grilled Quail with pearl couscous, currant and pomegranate molasses. For your main choose between the Juniper Ash Crusted Venison, Smoked Heirloom Bean Cassoulet, or Seared Alaskan Black Cod. Satisfy your sweet tooth with a slice of Pecan Pie, Pumpkin Panna Cotta, or the refreshing Beet Textures for dessert.

    The prix fixe four-course menu is $80, with an optional truffle, caviar, and champagne supplement available. Enjoy a wine pairing for an additional $50, or an optional sommelier pairing with an added cheese course and Sauternes for $70.

    Italian Inspired Holidays at Agrodolce

    Last year Maria Hines completed her restaurant trifecta with Agrodolce, the third restaurant in her restaurant collection. Celebrating the holidays with Southern Italian and Sicilian fare, Maria has assembled a charming culinary feast with house milled flour used for the pasta, housemade focaccia and certified organic and wild ingredients. Choose your first course from Italian Chestnut Soup with marsala, chanterelle conserva and preserved lemon, or Pugliese Style Burrata with baby beet, saba and arugula. The pasta course features Emmer Rigatoni with spicy pork sausage and Mama Lil’s Pepper, Ricotta Cavatelli with wild mushrooms, gremolata and chard, and Cuttlefish Ink Spaghetti with romanesco, anchovy and pine nut. The third course includes Seafood Risotto with Sylver spot prawn, Penn Cove Mussel and spicy tomato sauce or Snoqualmie Valley Lamb Shoulder with olive tapenade, semolina pudding, and puntarella.
