• Northwest Tequila Fest Returns for its Fourth Annual Celebration, April 22-23! 04.13.16

Northwest Tequila Fest, the largest tequila and mezcal tasting event in the Pacific Northwest, is returning for a two-day event April 22-23 at the Fremont Foundry in Seattle’s Fremont neighborhood!

The fourth annual event will feature 140 tequilas, mezcals, and sotols, as well as beer and cocktails, food from Seattle area restaurants and live mariachi music. There will be additional festivities including:

Educational agave seminars from renowned tequila experts Carlos Camarena of el Tesoro tequila and Clayton Szczech of Experience Tequila.
•An onsite retail shop for festival-goers to purchase their favorite agave spirits represented at the event, with proceeds going to The Benevolent Guild of Seattle.
Seattle-area bartenders presenting their best agave cocktails to a panel of judges.

Participants include producers large and small, such as crowd favorites Don Pilar, Casa Noble, and Wahaka Mezcal; newcomers Suerte, Orendain, and Mezcal Amaras; and industry standards including Patron, Don Julio and Tres Generaciones.

Tickets for the festival are being sold in three levels, ranging from $49 to $99 with VIP access and 1-2 day admission. Get your tickets here.

For those that want to ensure they’re doing their part on Earth Day (April 22), Northwest Tequila Fest will be doing ITS part to reduce waste by providing water stations instead of water bottles, all-glass drinkware, compostable dinnerware, and recyclable beer cans instead of bottles.

A portion of all ticket sales benefit The Benevolent Guild of Seattle, a non-profit group committed to assisting children’s charities and support groups in the Puget Sound area. Additionally, proceeds from sales of the festival’s retail area, in which all festival products will be sold, will also benefit The Benevolent Guild.
