    Agrodolce
    James Beard Award-winning Chef Maria Hines has prepared a Sicilian Easter brunch menu for Agrodolce that has something for every palate. The three-course prix-fixe menu showcases light spring ingredients alongside robust, hearty fare and sweet, decadent choices.

    Start with such items as Spicy Greens Salad with castelvetrano olives, toasted almonds, creamy pecorino and oregano vinaigrette. Then move onto Spring Hash with lamb sausage, spring onion and a sunny side up egg, or Asparagus Omelette with wild mushrooms and mama lil’s coulis. Finish your meal with Chocolate Cannoli made with sheep’s milk ricotta, candied orange and powdered sugar. The full menu can be found here.

    Bell + Whete European Kitchen + Lounge
    Bell + Whete’s modern take on Norman-inspired dishes are the perfect complement to your Easter Sunday brunch or dinner. From traditional favorites to new and surprising options, Bell + Whete captures Old-World cuisine perfectly.

    Cafe Flora has an extensive vegetarian and vegan brunch menu that is perfect for those looking for a healthy and hearty Easter meal. Whether you are craving a protein-packed dish to get you going for the day or looking to satisfy your sweet tooth, Cafe Flora is sure to please.

    Golden Beetle
    Golden Beetle’s Mediterranean-inspired restaurant from Chef Maria Hines features a special three-course brunch menu perfect for Easter Sunday. Local ingredients and bold flavors and spices from the Eastern Mediterranean are combined to create one-of-a-kind dishes.

    Miller’s Guild
    Miller’s Guild features wood-fired New American cuisine from James Beard Award-winning Chef Jason Wilson, including 75-day dry-aged beef. Featuring a new brunch menu, with items not seen elsewhere, Miller’s Guild will make Easter brunch memorable for parties large and small.

    Most items are cooked in the roaring inferno grill while others are crafted by hand, including Rib Cap Steak & Eggs as You Like ‘Em with mustard greens, crispy potatoes and toast; Buttermilk Fried Chicken and Biscuits with cheddar cheese gravy and a fried egg; Bacon White Chocolate Bread Pudding with spiced candied bacon and banana caramel, and Housemade Maple Glazed Donut with praline walnuts and vanilla pastry cream.     Ray’s Boathouse & Café
    Don’t miss out on the Ray’s Boathouse & Café brunch, lunch and dinner buffets, only available on select holidays! Indulge in fresh, local seafood and delicious brunch favorites from the Boathouse brunch menu or Café buffet while taking in one of Seattle’s best views. Special children’s menus are available in the Boathouse, and in the Café children five to 11 years of age are $20 and children under 5 years of age dine free.

    Boathouse
    Boathouse brunch items include Ray’s Benedict with Dungeness crab meat, baby arugula, poached eggs, hollandaise and roasted red potatoes, French Toast with cinnamon-vanilla custard, Challah bread, Vermont maple syrup and Uli’s breakfast sausage, and Fried Oysters and Hollandaise with wakame salad and tobiko.

    Café
    The Café buffet menus feature large selections for brunch, lunch and dinner including Eggs Benedict, Fennel Dusted Ling Cod, Bay Shrimp Mac n’ Cheese, Herb Roasted Loin of Berkshire Pork, Roasted Beets with goat’s milk cheese, hazelnuts and arugula, Snow Crab Legs, Spring Lamb and an assortment of Housemade Desserts and Pastries.     Brunch and dinner will be available in the Boathouse, while buffets for brunch, lunch and dinner will be available in the Café.     Sushi Kappo Tamura
    Replace your traditional Easter brunch and partake in fresh, sustainable sushi, seafood, and other Japanese dishes. Local, seasonal ingredients from the Pacific Northwest are used to create delicious Japanese cuisine and Easter is no exception.

    Enjoy Chef Taichi Kitamura’s Brunch Gozen with three options including Hiru Gozen with maitake mushrooms, braised Snake River Ranch wagyu beef skirt steak konabe and Chef’s sashimi. Guests can also dine on Nigiri Gozen with seven pieces of nigiri sushi and gozen sides. Bara Chirashi includes sushi rice layered with nori, tamago, ginger and topped with a mix of tuna, salmon, yellowtail, albacore and masago. Nabeyaki Udon is offered with wild gulf prawn tempura, duck breast, local Manila clams, kamaboko, yuchoy, green onions, house made millet mochi, poached organic egg, and udon noodles in housemade umami dashi with a side of and inari sushi.

    Tilth
    Tilth is a favorite brunch spot for locals and out-of-towners alike and Chef Maria Hines has created a special three-course prix fixe for Easter. Enjoy brunch in the intimate craftsman house or on their garden patio. Organic and locally sourced ingredients along with friendly staff that treat their customers like family creates a welcoming Easter Sunday setting.

    The menu includes Coffee Roasted Celery Root Salad with baby lettuces, holmquist hazelnuts and maple vinaigrette, Cheddar Biscuits and Smoked Chicken Gravy with Washington chicken, fried egg and preserved lemon, and Housemade Sourdough Waffle with maple butter, apple compote and candied pecan.     Volterra
    Volterra is offering an extensive Tuscan-inspired Easter brunch menu at its Ballard and Kirkland locations with an addition of a special dinner menu at its Ballard location. The deliciously fragrant flavors of Italy are imported by Chef Don Curtiss and combined with ingredients that make the Pacific Northwest so unique, making Volterra an excellent choice for any occasion.

    Brunch items include; Chestnut Pancakes with buckwheat and chestnut flour pancakes, sautéed apples, chestnut flavored mascarpone and powdered sugar, Duck and Yukon Gold Potato Hash with duck leg confit, rosemary crispy potatoes, roasted red peppers, sautéed spinach and fried eggs, and Milano! Milano! with savory herb bread pudding, eggs, asparagus tips and smoked Gouda cream.
