  • Celebrate Passover at Golden Beetle through April 2 03.27.13

It isn’t often that a James Beard award-winning chef presents a Passover menu, but working with chef de cuisine Ariel Fishman-Larsh has inspired Maria Hines to present a Passover menu at Golden Beetle. Chef Ariel worked with Maria on creating the below Passover menu with her Jewish culture in mind, teaching Maria culinary Passover traditions in the process. While it won’t be created in a kosher kitchen, it does embody Passover with each item represented on the Seder plate.

The five-course menu, presented with the Seder meanings, will be offered for $40 and wine pairings will be available for an additional $20. Reservations are recommended by calling 206.706.2977 or online.
